Chloe Hoffmann serves on the board of directors for Forge Your Future. With over 5 years of active duty service in the U.S. Navy, she has a background as both an intelligence officer and a former nuclear submarine officer. Most recently, she applied her engineering expertise and experience in the Special Operations community as an intelligence officer at the USSTRATCOM Joint Warfare Analysis Center. Chloe was commissioned through Tulane University’s NROTC program and holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the university.

Sean is a board member for Forge Your Future. Currently, he is the Head of Payments and Support at Shiftsmart, a software startup focused on the gig economy. He is a former infantry officer in the U.S. Army who served for 5 years, including a 1 year deployment to Afghanistan. He holds a B.S from the United States Military Academy, as well as a J.D. and M.B.A. from Stanford University.

Kaley Sirak Harder is a board member of Forge Your Future and the Chief of Staff at f7 Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm. She previously managed a large software development contract as a Product Manager at Raft, a data and AI company focused on solutions for national security. Kaley also served eight years in the US Air Force as an intelligence officer and combat aviation advisor. She holds a B.S. from the U.S. Air Force Academy and an MBA from the University of Southern New Hampshire.

Tony Hollinger serves as a member of the board at Forge Your Future. A distinguished leader with extensive experience across military, corporate, and higher education sectors, Tony spent seven years as a Marine Ground Officer before transitioning to executive roles at The Walt Disney Company, Comcast Corporation, and other prominent organizations. He further contributed to higher education as the Vice President of Campus Life at American University. As a socially conscious entrepreneur, Tony is passionate about driving meaningful change in his community. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy, where he was a four-year Varsity football player, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Daniel Lennox-Choate is a board member of Forge Your Future and is a strategy and operations director at Meta, with over a decade of experience leading strategy and transformation projects across the tech industry. He served as an Infantry officer in the U.S. Army, leading soldiers on deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy, was a Fulbright Scholar at the International Relations Institute of Cameroon, and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
